Towel folder mod. PS02 with 3-4 automatic stackers
Towel folder born to meet our clients’ requirements. Folding patterns: 1/2 + 1/2, 1/3 + 1/2, 1/3 + 1/3, 1/3 + 1/4 for medium an small towels with dimensions of 450 x 500 mm up to 1200 x 2000 mm (standard version). Also suitable for non-iron items.
On request, a non-standard version is available for towels with dimensions up to 1300 x 2000 mm. For large pieeces primary folds are made by blade. Small towels, floor towels and hand towels can be folded by air jets and without stopping them on the folding table. Drop stacking on discharge conveyors. High quality of end product. The automatic program handles up to four types of pieces. The machine also allows to automatically form two stacks of small items, already paired and ready to be packed.
Dynamic system with brushless motors controlling the primary folds to adjust the spreading speed.
Folding speed up to 70 m/min.
