Folding IN HALF + HALF (1 primary fold and 1 crossfold) with automatic measurement of the midpoint of the piece and stacking by large plate of 600x600mm napkins.
Primary folding only by air jets (1-2 folds in half) and stacking according to a preset count of max. 640x1500mm pieces (for ex. Table runners, luxury pillow cases).
Fixed platform for the primary and cross folding by paddles and stacking by large collector plate (for ex. pillowcases, napkins, medium and small towels).
Collection and stacking on a large plate of max. 600x600mm pieces (for ex. open napkin).

Multifolder with 1/2 + 1/2 folding section mod. PT01 ULTRA for table runners, napkins, pillowcases, placemats, open napkins
The PT01 ULTRA is much more than just a napkin folder. Thanks to the new autocentring HALF + HALF folding section, napkins up to 600 x 600 mm can receive 1 length fold and 1 cross fold in half with automatic measurement of the midpoint of the piece.
The other sections of the machine offer the same functions of the PT01 PLUS model:
Lengthwise section carrying out 1-2 primary folds in half by air jets on long items. It can process table runners, luxury pillowcases, adult bibs, non-woven items, laundry bags (maximum accepted size: 640 x 1.500 mm).
Vacuum deck for the full length+cross folding by paddles of napkins, pillowcases, small and medium pieces in cotton/polycotton.
Large collector plate for the automatic stacking of max. 600x600mm pieces, also unfolded: open napkins, tray cloths, and placemats.
The machine is also fitted with an automatic program folding up to 5 linen formats.
Version STANDARD 190: with fixed 190x190mm folding platform, suitable for 570mm wide pieces.
Version STANDARD 200: with fixed 200x200mm folding platform, suitable for 600mm wide pieces.
